Non Profit groups can apply to the U.S. Postal Service for approval to mail at special Non Profit postage rates. This class of mail is a lower priced Bulk Mail rate with the same delivery timeframes. Once this approval has been received, your organization can select to use Non-Profit Rate. Your association will need to complete a Postal Service Form 3624 (pdf) and approval usually takes 2-3 weeks to process at the USPS.
Note:
This non-profit mailing status will become disabled if non-profit mailings are not performed within a 24-month period, and the customer will need to reapply for this status to mail at the non-profit rate.Home
